Job Description

Lounge Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lounge Manager located on-site in Voi. The Lounge Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and handling customer inquiries and concerns. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Experience in hospitality or lounge management
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle inventory management and event coordination
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are beneficial
