Job Description

Role Summary: The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for minimizing company losses by preventing fraud, theft, and operational leakages, and initiating legal action as required. Key Responsibilities: Identify, investigate, and prevent fraud, theft, and losses. Conduct audits and inspections to detect risk areas. Prepare incident and investigation reports. Initiate and coordinate legal action (FIR, police cases, legal notices) as per situation and company policy. Coordinate with operations, HR, finance, and law enforcement agencies. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security standards. Be available 24×7 as per business requirements during critical situations.
