Job Description

Job Title:

About the Role:

Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical charter of the XXXX.
Act as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for client stakeholders
Guide and mentor engineering teams and contractors deployed across various projects.
Provide architectural leadership for new initiatives, including building Proofs of Concept (POCs).
Collaborate with delivery, product, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
Help standardize frameworks, tools, and best practices across teams and engagements.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of hands-on experience
in designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions.
Strong understanding of
Contact Center
,
Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)
, and
Customer Experience
domains.
Solid background in
core development technologies
such as:

Java / .NET
Python / Node.js
Modern UI frameworks
(e.g., React, Angular)

Experience in leading POCs, technical workshops, and cross-functional solutioning discussions.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams across projects.

Work Model:

Hybrid work
setup: minimum
2 days/week
from client office .
Willingness to engage with global stakeholders as per project needs.
