Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Handling the Breakdown of all E&I department effectively.

2. Responsible for preparations ISO documentation as per PM schedule & Calibration schedule.

3. Report any Inventory material within store stock is minimum /Not available for plant maintenance Responsible to take care of personal as well as contractor safety while executing any Job.

4. Work independently in troubleshooting and repair problems with DCS/PLC controlled plant equipments, VFDs, MCCs, Chillers & Boilers and related components when required.

5. Hands on communication protocol Like HART Ethernet/IP, Profibus and Fiber optics.

6. Able to Maintenance & troubleshoot Instrumentation on LT/PT/FT/Level Switch, Control valve, pH Analyzer in chemical plant.

7. Able to handle & troubleshoot Utility such as Boiler, Air compressor, Instruments Air Dryer, Cooling water and RO, ME Plant Instrumentation.

8. Inspect electrical systems, equipments, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment / repair, and to ensure compliance with safety, codes & Indian Electricity Rules.

9. Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Electrical system which includes 22 KV /6.6 KV HT VCB switchgears, 22000/433V Transformers with OLTC and PCCs.

10. Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of DG sets which includes Engine, Stamford Alternator, Its fuel & water lines and Controls.

11. Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Automatic Power factor correction centers and power capacitors for HT/LT panels.

12. Assist with plant / system startups and operational checkouts including configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding and power testing.

13. Diagnoses cause of electrical / Instruments malfunction or failure of equipment or systems and repairs / replaces defective components must read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings, schematics, engineering drawings and sketches to determine problem and make appropriate repairs.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Hands on experience in Smart plant Instrumentation (SPI) in all modules.

2. Good knowledge on instrumentwiring concepts, electricals - DCS interface design and integration of different vendor package instruments in main plant control system.

3. Ensure proper upkeep of departmental workshop and plant Instrumentation & Electrical
