Role & responsibilities

Academic Leadership:

Lead curriculum planning, development, and revision as per university and regulatory guidelines.
Promote innovative teaching-learning methods and ensure academic excellence.

Faculty & Student Management:

Oversee faculty workload distribution, performance evaluation, and training needs.
Guide students in academic and career matters; address grievances professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Ph.D. in relevant subject area (mandatory as per UGC/AICTE norms).
Minimum
1015 years
of teaching and research experience, including at least 5plus
years
in an academic leadership role.
