Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience
in AI/ML development, with at least
2+ years in a leadership role
.
Strong expertise in
Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and ML algorithms
.
Proven track record of
delivering AI solutions
for clients, including hands-on experience in deploying models into production.
Experience with frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and other ML libraries
.
Strong programming skills in
Python, Java, or similar languages
.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
Experience leading
AI hackathons
or similar innovation-driven initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to
translate business needs into AI solutions
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in
agile development environments
