Role Overview: As a Longlister at Robert Walters, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing potential candidates to support the global recruitment efforts. Your main responsibilities will include creating and posting job adverts, screening applicants, building high-quality candidate longlists, and maintaining talent pools aligned with client requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sourcing team, provide market insights, and ensure accurate record-keeping within the system. Key Responsibilities: - Create and post job adverts on various platforms for live roles or talent pool building - Monitor advert responses and screen applicants based on pre-agreed criteria - Conduct initial CV screening to assess candidates" suitability - Build and maintain longlists of high-quality candidates aligned with job specifications or talent pools - Ensure diversity and inclusion targets are met within longlists - Populate and maintain client-specific or generic talent pools accurately - Provide market insights and recommendations based on sourcing trends and candidate feedback - Collaborate with the sourcing team to understand role requirements and client needs - Act as a key contact for internal teams, offering insights on talent availability and market trends Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of high performance and consistent delivery of excellent results - Strong ability to drive projects such as Employer Branding, Talent pipelining, and Recruitment Innovation - Experience in conducting initial CV screenings and managing advert responses - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the sourcing team - Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity within the system Company Additional Details: Robert Walters is a global talent solutions business that offers incredible career opportunities, an inclusive culture, and flexible working arrangements.
