Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and highly organized Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to take complete ownership of the movement of materials in our business. This role involves tracking goods from dispatch to delivery, coordinating with labour teams, transporters, vendors, and warehouse staff, and ensuring all products reach their destination safely and on time.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle operational issues quickly to ensure a smooth logistics flow.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Manage and track the movement of goods from dispatch to final delivery.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of materials.
• Follow up with transporters, drivers, and labour teams to ensure on-time dispatch.

Inbound & Outbound Coordination

• Receive goods arriving at the warehouse and verify quantities/conditions.
• Ensure all products reach the warehouse safely without damage.
• Update records for incoming and outgoing materials.

Problem Solving & Issue Handling

• Address and resolve logistic issues such as delays, shortages, damages, labour shortages, etc.
• Maintain continuous communication with vendors, transporters, and other involved parties.

Coordination & Communication

• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse team, and transportation partners daily.
• Ensure all required materials are available and inform the owner about any gaps.

Ownership & Reporting

• Take complete ownership of the supply chain process end-to-end.
• Provide daily updates on dispatches, deliveries, pending items, and logistics issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain (preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labour teams and transport partners effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly.
• Good computer/mobile skills for updating records and tracking.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
