Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of technology solutions for our Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) implementations, preferably with experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM Distributed Order Management (DOM) platforms.

This role will be responsible for driving global logistics IT initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operation.

8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in logistics or supply chain technology roles.

· Proven experience in implementing and supporting WMS and OMS solutions in complex environments.

· Solid understanding of warehouse operations, DTC fulfillment, and global logistics processes.

· Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM DOM (preferred).

· Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data mapping.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
