– Daily Execution & Carrier Management
• Conduct monthly RFQ and forwarder allocation with Head Logistics and Exports team.
• Ensure booking copies and containers are arranged for export stuffing.
• Ensure direct export stuffing at plants.
• Alert stakeholders for containers shipped in case of any ETA changes.
• Identify new forwarders/liners for export/import operations as needed.
– Cost & Budget Control
• Provide inputs to logistics analyst for export freight and inland-import handling budgets.
• Identify new liners/forwarders to reduce export freight cost.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives in export freight, import freight, and inland handling.
• Drive digitization of exports operations – RFQ, container allocation, and tracking.
