Logistics Executive

Logistics Executive in a Surekha Exports plays a vital role in ensuring a project runs smoothly by managing the flow of materials, equipment, and sometimes even personnel, to the construction site. They act as the bridge between the project itself and the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Coordination: The Logistics Executive will work with project plans to understand material needs and timelines. You will coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure deliveries arrive on-site at the right time, in the right quantities.
• Vendor Management: You will build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts for materials and transportation. This involves ensuring quality standards are met and deliveries are timely, all while keeping costs under control.
• Logistics Management: You will oversee the physical movement of goods. This includes tasks like booking transportation, planning delivery routes, and managing on-site storage facilities to optimize space and prevent material damage.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, inventory levels, and any logistical changes is crucial. The Logistics Executive will ensure proper documentation is completed for all transactions.

Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree or Diploma in logistics and Supply chain Management/MBA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
• Male Candidates Only
• Hindi Preferred
