1 All material should be arrange properly in FG warehouse
2 Customer wise drums arrangements in FG Yard
3 Vehicle and container planning
4 Place container/vehicle Indent to L1 vendor by email and SAP
5 Follow up with the vendor for placing the vehicle / Container
6 Arrange drums near loading point as per vehicles capacity
7Physical verification of the vehicle or container as per checklist
8Stuffing of container / vehicle as per SOP
9Documents preparation
10called fumigation vendor to complete the fumigation as per normal
11Packing list sent to fumigation vendor for fumigation certificate
12fumigation certificate sent to FFW for custom clearance purpose
13Export document sent to finance and ISO
14Export document sent to QA for preparation of Test report
15All export documents email to the FFW for preparation of custom check list
16Approve COO draft
17Approve BL draft
18Keeping record of, domestics, export and post shipment document in system
19Preparation domestics documents
20Scanning all document domestics documents and email to the ISO
21Provide require document with vehicle
22Preparation of export register
23Follow up with FF for post shipment document
24Export shipment plan send to relevant L1 vendor
25Prepare Document of Free sample
26Final documents handover to finance physically
27Transporter freight invoice process
