Logistics Executive

You will be responsible for providing relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain. Your role will involve harmonizing and monitoring supply chain operations, as well as taking responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedules. Troubleshooting any concerns related to international freight transportation will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Working closely with existing transportation suppliers to optimize delivery rates and routing will be crucial. You will ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency. Establishing specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems will also fall within your purview. Directing and following up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers will be part of your daily tasks. Monitoring the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations and utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures are also essential responsibilities. You will be in charge of planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and preparing appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management. Monitoring deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods will be critical to the role. Daily communication with clients will be required to ensure effective coordination. The qualification required for this position is Any Degree or Diploma.
