The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods to meet business objectives. Based in Udaipur, this role requires at least 5 years of logistics experience, focusing on optimizing transportation, handling customs documentation, and coordinating with vendors and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in logistics.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Logistics Operations Management

   : Oversee and manage the complete logistics process for both domestic shipments, including coordination with carriers and forwarders.

2. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

   : Ensure compliance with customs regulations, handle documentation for international shipments, and manage duties and tariffs for smooth cross-border transactions.

3. Vendor Coordination

   : Coordinate with logistics service providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and manage service-level agreements.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

   : Optimize logistics costs through efficient route planning and inventory management, minimizing delays and reducing expenses.

5. Tracking & Reporting

   : Maintain and monitor shipment tracking, prepare logistics reports, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

6. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

   : Quickly resolve any transportation issues, delays, or discrepancies, ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• On-Time Delivery Rate

  : Achieve a high on-time delivery rate, meeting or exceeding set targets for domestic and international shipments.

• Cost Efficiency

  : Optimize logistics costs, achieving cost savings without compromising quality or timelines.

• Compliance Record

  : Maintain zero compliance issues with customs and regulatory bodies for all international shipments.

• Inventory Accuracy

  : Ensure high inventory accuracy through proper logistics planning and tracking, minimizing discrepancies.

• Vendor Performance

  : Monitor and improve vendor performance, ensuring all service-level agreements are met.
