  Pan-India Driver Movement Management:

• Track, coordinate, and optimize driver assignments and movements across cities via DriverShaabs internal portal.
• ?????

  Portal & Dashboard Handling:

• Operate and update the DriverShaab portal in real-time with driver statuses, allocation, issues, and service completion data.
• ????

  Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a central liaison between DriverShaab Points of Contact (POCs) and client representatives to ensure clear, timely, and professional communication.
• ????

  Escalation & Issue Handling:

• Proactively identify potential delays or issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure resolutions are prompt and satisfactory.
• ????

  Professional Communication:

• Draft and respond to operational emails with a clear, convincing tone. Must possess strong email etiquette and the ability to de-escalate tension with tact and professionalism.
• ????

  Team Coordination:

• Collaborate seamlessly with DriverShaabs city teams, internal support staff, and field executives to manage execution and feedback loops.
• ??

• Be reachable by phone beyond office hours to manage urgent operational situations when required.

• Conflict resolution and issue tracking
