Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including pickup, transit, and final delivery. Ensure accurate documentation for shipments including invoices, bills of lading, and transport permits. Maintain strong communication with transport vendors, drivers, warehouse teams, and clients. Track and update shipment status, proactively address delivery delays or issues. Handle incoming and outgoing logistics-related queries and provide timely resolutions. Optimize routes and modes of transport to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Update logistics software systems for shipment scheduling, inventory, and tracking. Prepare daily/weekly reports on shipments, cost analysis, and delivery performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or similar role. Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, or ERP tools). Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
