Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 11:00 AM 9:00 PM (Must be available over phone at all times) ???? Salary: ?20,000 ?25,000 per month ???? Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Central Operations Executive at DriverShaab , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of driver deployments and service delivery across India. This role demands high accountability, strong communication, and round-the-clock availability to manage field-level escalations, client updates, and internal process adherence. Key Responsibilities: ???? Pan-India Driver Movement Management: Track, coordinate, and optimize driver assignments and movements across cities via DriverShaabs internal portal. ????? Portal & Dashboard Handling: Operate and update the DriverShaab portal in real-time with driver statuses, allocation, issues, and service completion data. ???? Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central liaison between DriverShaab Points of Contact (POCs) and client representatives to ensure clear, timely, and professional communication. ???? Escalation & Issue Handling: Proactively identify potential delays or issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure resolutions are prompt and satisfactory. ???? Professional Communication: Draft and respond to operational emails with a clear, convincing tone. Must possess strong email etiquette and the ability to de-escalate tension with tact and professionalism. ???? Team Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with DriverShaabs city teams, internal support staff, and field executives to manage execution and feedback loops. ?? Always-On Availability: Be reachable by phone beyond office hours to manage urgent operational situations when required. ? Who You Are: A workaholic with an unshakable dedication to execution and problem-solving. A team player who thrives under pressure and manages chaos with calm. Strong in English and Hindi communication , both verbal and written. Excellent at writing clear, persuasive emails that build trust and credibility. Extremely responsible, detail-oriented , and operationally sharp. Comfortable with technology tools , dashboards, and coordination apps. ???? Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline (Operations, Business, or related field preferred). Experience: 13 years in operations, logistics, BPO, or coordination roles preferred.
