Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete documentation for import & export shipments (Air / Sea / Road).
Prepare, verify, and process documents such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Packing List, Invoice, COO, LC documents, E-way bills etc.
Ensure timely filing of customs documentation and compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines for smooth cargo movement.
Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation and regulatory filings.
Resolve documentation-related discrepancies with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor and update shipment status in ERP/Excel for reporting and tracking purposes.
Assist in audit and compliance checks related to logistics and customs documentation.
Ensure adherence to incoterms, international trade laws, and export-import policies.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of logistics documentation processes (Export/Import).
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, EXIM policies, and international shipping terms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
Certification in Export-Import Management / Logistics (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
