Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistic Coordinator, your role involves taking ownership of all End to End part transaction Logistics and Courier Service. You must ensure the recovery of defective spares from the field and maintain zero count of field pending parts exceeding 10 days. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure branch Logistic Coordinator dispatches parts of available demand on the same day. - Make sure there are no parts pending in the field for more than 10 days. - Share daily updates on field pending parts with branch engineers, Branch manager, and reporting manager. - Manage daily Courier transactions and maintain a daily transaction report of courier part dispatch. - Track end to end courier parcel movement. - Validate courier vendor's monthly invoice and ensure submission on VBM portal by the 7th of every month. - Identify local courier vendors and maintain records of parcel transactions. - Conduct self-audit of Branch Stock and Project Stock parts and report to the reporting manager. - Manage spares effectively and maintain branch hygiene. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Logistics Operation Support. - Strong time-management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Quick-learning aptitude. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Problem-solving attitude. - Experience in stock part management. - Knowledge of Courier Service operations.
