As an Order Fulfillment Supervisor, your role involves planning and supervising Order Pickups from Sellers and coordinating with Dispatch and WH Team to ensure proper segregation and connection on correct routes. You will be responsible for planning and supervising delivery schedule, delivery run sheets, and rosters, as well as tracking Delivery orders using company developed software. Additionally, you will need to send daily MIS to the client on the update of order pickup and delivery status. It is crucial for you to place vehicles on a transaction purchase basis, control costs for the same, and keep safely stored organized records of shipments proof of delivery documents. You will also be required to upload POD on Company development software and clients software. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 4 years of work experience in E-commerce companies, Organized Logistics Companies, or PTL Transporters. You should have the ability to train and hire ground level staff and possess good communication skills in English and Hindi. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
