Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities with customs agencies, monitoring shipping conditions, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of goods. Additionally, you will coordinate with shipping companies, communicate with other departments, customers, and brokers, monitor shipment status, schedule drivers, and plan routes as needed. Your role will also involve preparing dispatch documents, generating freight bills, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and monitoring truck maintenance. Night shift availability from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST is required. Both male and female candidates are welcome, including freshers with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating shipping activities with customs agencies - Monitoring shipping conditions and weather forecasts - Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of goods - Coordinating pickup and delivery of cargo with shipping companies - Communicating with departments, customers, and brokers - Updating customer accounts with delivery status information - Scheduling drivers for freight deliveries and pickups - Planning and accommodating route changes as needed - Preparing dispatch documents, freight bills, and invoices - Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, and delivery/pickup times - Ensuring truck drivers comply with transportation regulations - Reviewing drivers logs and monitoring truck maintenance - Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in English - Bachelor's degree required Additional Details: - Full-time job type - Monday-Friday work schedule (5 days) - Work location: In person,
