Client & Carrier Support: Communicate effectively with customers and carriers, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes in a professional manner. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and transportation regulations. Data & System Management: Maintain accurate records and update freight brokerage systems and databases consistently.
