As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities with customs agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements. This includes monitoring shipping conditions such as weather forecasts for safe transport and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all goods to facilitate efficient freight booking. You will also be coordinating with shipping companies to arrange pickup and delivery of cargo, as well as communicating with other departments within the company to ensure timely deliveries. In this role, you will be in charge of communicating with customers, brokers, and drivers to schedule freight deliveries, pickups, and special handling requests. You will monitor shipment statuses, update customer accounts with delivery information, and plan routes while accommodating any necessary changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing dispatch documents, generating freight bills and invoices, and maintaining accurate records of driver routes, delivery times, and route changes. As a Shipping Coordinator, you must stay informed about transportation regulations and laws to ensure compliance by truck drivers. You will review drivers" logs, monitor truck repairs and maintenance schedules, and log customer shipping schedules and complaints. This role requires the ability to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, and both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday work schedule (5 days working). Proficiency in English is a must, and candidates must have a Bachelor's degree. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in person.,
