Logistics Coordinator- RIG & RIG less

Position-

Qualification

• The Workover Rig Logistics Coordinator is responsible for taking care of the logistical requirements of the workover rig which includes but not limited to ensuring all necessary materials on site, coordination with service providers, consumption posting in Cairn system, diesel accounting etc.
• Reports to the Team Lead Materials PE Completions & ALS along with Head PE - Field Operations and co-ordinates the site requirements with the office and individual Rig Supervisor at designated location.
• Coordinate all material and logistics requirements on the Workover rig from warehouses and service providers.
• Track inventory and material available on the rig site.
• Generate well consumption reports and get them approved from the rig supervisor.
• Generate and keep track of equipment required on the rig for the next sequence of operations on rig.
• Coordinate with production department and rig team for preparation of sites for acceptance of the rig for operations.
• Aware of the logistics documentation required for material movement across India. Supports in route surveys prior to rig movement.
• High on Oil & Gas HSE awareness.
• Responsible for records management including hard and soft version including respective drive and/or digital platform.
• Coordinate all material and logistics requirement of the planned WS / ALS activities from warehouses and service providers.
• Prepare RMRs for the material movements. Arrangement of water on the particular well pads for all the proposed WS / ALS Frac activities.
• Coordinate with Inventory Controller, Warehouse and Service Company for proper material / spares consumption and follow up for SAP transfer posting of material in time.
• Support Inventory Audits.Mobilize Material and Equipment at location on time. Back Load of POOH Items from Location to Warehouse or Service providers location.
• Coordination with Radio Room and Driver for proper JMP of Material movement.
• Coordinate the vehicle arrangement for the supervisors as per the Job requirement.
• Arrangement of Crane / Hydra / Trailers based on the job requirement.
• Aware of the logistics documentation required for material movement.
• Manage large scale logistics and material tracking.
• Graduate with relevant specialization in Material Management and Inventory Control
• Proficient in computer applications, MS Office, and internet
• SAP knowledge is advantageous. Proficient in communication
