Preparing Deliveries & Shipment for all outbound like Fly Pond Ash, Coke, and Ferrocrome in SAP. Preparing Deliveries & Shipment for Finish Good for both Export & Domestic Consignment
. • Coordinate with Csm, plant warehouse, Transporter, Marketing team for timely execution of order Quantity.
• Coordinate with CHA/Forwarder for advance planning of container & vessel booking.
Preparing day to day import container entry & de-stuff MIS reports.
Generating & updating various reports like container requirement & placement planning day to day basis.
Supervision & execution of Lashing & Choking for both DSO/ISO Containers.
• Closely monitoring & following up with all concern to dispatch Finish Goods from the plant within the designated time frame to reduce TAT.
• commercial invoice, packing list.
