Logistics coordinator

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to inventory management, transportation coordination, order processing, supply chain management, customer service, warehouse operations, and documentation and record keeping. Your main duties will include tracking inventory levels, managing stock, coordinating with transportation providers, processing orders, monitoring the flow of goods throughout the supply chain, responding to customer inquiries, overseeing warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: - Track inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages - Coordinate with transportation providers to select cost-effective routes and ensure timely shipments - Receive and process orders, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with sales and production teams - Monitor the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions - Respond to customer inquiries about orders, shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction - Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods - Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related data Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in inventory management, transportation coordination, order processing, and supply chain management - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in warehouse operations and documentation - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment In addition, please note that this job is full-time, permanent, and open to fresher candidates.
