About the Role

We are hiring motivated Logistics Coordinators to join our growing USA trucking and logistics operations team. This role is focused on managing freight movement across the United States through customer coordination and carrier management via calls and emails.

Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients and drivers
• Coordinate USA domestic freight movements (OTR & Drayage)
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues
• Update shipment records and maintain clear communication
• Negotiate basic carrier rates and manage load confirmations
• Ensure smooth and timely deliveries

Eligibility / Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday)
• Basic computer knowledge (emails, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
• Interest in USA logistics and trucking industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
