Logistics Coordinator – Night Shift (USA Trucking Operations) Company: Cross Miles Carrier Inc. Location: In-office Shift: Night Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Job Type: Full-time Openings: Multiple positions available About the Role We are hiring motivated Logistics Coordinators to join our growing USA trucking and logistics operations team. This role is focused on managing freight movement across the United States through customer coordination and carrier management via calls and emails. Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients and drivers Coordinate USA domestic freight movements (OTR & Drayage) Track shipments and resolve operational issues Update shipment records and maintain clear communication Negotiate basic carrier rates and manage load confirmations Ensure smooth and timely deliveries Eligibility / Requirements Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday) Basic computer knowledge (emails, spreadsheets, CRM tools) Interest in USA logistics and trucking industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Important Topics to Review Before Interview Candidates should have basic knowledge or be ready to learn: What is Drayage What is OTR (Over-the-Road) USA Time Zones Basics of USA Trucking & Logistics Why Join Us?
