• SPOC for the entire logistics activity.
• Supervising and delegating the dispatch executives based at site location
• To take ownership in the running of the day to day dispatch operation.
• Delegate and Priorities duties to achieve objectives.
• Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly.
• Ensure all orders are completed and systems updated accordingly.
• Ensure all records electronic and paper are being maintained and recorded correctly.
• Ensure Discipline and Standards are maintained and any breeches of said standards are dealt with as per the companies Disciplinary Procedures.
• To be a focal point for the dispatch team and to ensure that they are undertaking their responsibilities and duties as required.
• Perform other duties as requested requirement.
• Communicate with transporters and Clearing Agent
• Check bills of transporters and Clearing agents
Educational Qualification: HSC/B. Com / M. Com/ BAF/BBI
Minimum experience of at least 0-1 year require
