Logistics Coordinator

You will be joining our US Logistics Freight Brokerage team as an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of supply chain and logistics. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating freight movements between shippers and carriers, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with carriers and customers, negotiating freight rates for cost-effective transportation solutions, tracking shipments and providing real-time updates to clients, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while addressing any transportation issues, maintaining accurate records of freight transactions and documentation, and efficiently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. To be eligible for this position, you should have a graduation degree from a recognized university in any discipline. Additionally, you must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be willing to work night shifts according to US timings, have a basic understanding of MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook, and exhibit self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn. This is a full-time position with a commission structure and is open to fresh graduates. The working schedule for this role will be from Monday to Friday during night shifts. You will be required to commute to or relocate to Mohali, Punjab for this in-person role. The expected start date for this position is 14/04/2021.
