Should be well versed in Excel (macros and other basics i.e. Pivot, VLOOKUP etc.)
Position Summary:
The Implant role is responsible for managing end-to-end Export and Import operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and service centers. The position requires strong knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, shipment handling, and stakeholder communication. The role acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) at the customer location for operational excellence and timely shipment movement.

1. Export Operations (Export PU)
2. Import Operations (Import PU)
3. Pre-Alert & SCM Updates
4. Documentation & Supporting Activities
5. Customer & Internal Coordination
Key Deliverables / KPIs:
Salary: In hand 25000 - 28000 plus PF and ESI.
