Role Description

This is a part -time, on-site role for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Trainers located any where in India. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions in logistics and supply chain management. Responsibilities include mentoring trainees, ensuring training content aligns with industry standards, evaluating trainee performance, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Engagement with clients for soft skills training and customer service guidance is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including Business Logistics and operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to guide and mentor trainees effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to solve logistics and supply chain challenges, and enhance training material
• Prior experience in training or teaching, preferably in logistics or aviation domains
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Ability to engage with diverse trainees and foster a learning environment
• Experience in Warehousing, Global Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Industries
• Experience E-Commerce , Dark Warehouse Operations would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in English and PowerPoint presentations skills are mandatory
