Logistics & Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics & Administrative Coordinator to be a part of our team at Manjha. As the ideal candidate, your primary responsibilities will include organizing courier services for customer orders, coordinating truck transportation, and efficiently managing administrative duties. Your key responsibilities will involve arranging courier services for order deliveries and ensuring prompt dispatch, as well as coordinating truck transportation for goods by negotiating with transporters for cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and managing logistics records, including shipments, invoices, and delivery schedules. Communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations will be a vital part of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as document management, inventory tracking, and reporting. Taking the initiative to enhance logistics processes and optimize transportation efficiency will also be within your scope of work. Addressing and resolving any logistics or courier-related issues proactively is another essential aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have prior experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or administrative roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced work environments. Proficiency in utilizing logistics management software and Excel is also required to excel in this role.,
