Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily with freight forwarders, transport vendors, and carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues in the supply chain flow, communicating solutions and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle booking requests, confirm vessel/flight/truck space, and manage the dispatch schedule for all outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized digital and physical filing system for all shipment-related documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to national and international customs, trade, and company compliance regulations.
