Job Description

Below will be the Roles and Responsibilities for the given profile: To follow up with couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees etc for on time delivery as per EDD / TAT. To ensure dispatch to delivery is on track. Daily 100% on time dispatch from the warehouse and 100% on time delivery as per date. To follow up with the warehouses for Detractor cases in the CFR report pertaining to courier faults like undelivered orders, damaged orders and taking necessary actions as per the, targeting zero delivery related complaints in CFR Maintaining the daily delivery SLA of 100% Reducing RTO % , Keeping monthly RTO below 0.5%. Closing all RTO cases within 1 week of RTO delivery to warehouses with or without refund to customer basis personalized or non-personalized. Maintaining order status in sync with the actual statuses from Clickpost and updating it on panel wherever required.
