1. Loan Origination: Source and originate new loan applications from customers.
2. Loan Disbursal: Disburse loans to customers after ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loan repayment and future business.
4. Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers, including EMI payments and overdue amounts.
5. Default Management: Manage defaulted accounts, including taking possession of collateral (if applicable).
6. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and provide customer support.
