Loans and Collection Officer

As a Loan Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to source and originate new loan applications from customers. You will play a crucial role in connecting with potential borrowers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for disbursing loans to customers after meticulously ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Your attention to detail and adherence to regulatory guidelines will be essential in this aspect of the job. In addition to loan origination and disbursal, you will also be involved in managing defaulted accounts. This includes implementing strategies to recover outstanding loan amounts, handling communication with delinquent borrowers, and in some cases, taking possession of collateral as per the applicable regulations. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our designated work location.
