Loan Servicing Specialist Team Member, a pivotal role within our Loans group. This essential position is designed to deliver on specific tasks and requirements, making it a crucial part of our team. Job Summary

 
As a Loan Servicing Specialist Team Member within Loans group, you will be responsible for executing all assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve working across a variety of processes, including Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, and external payments. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in performing Nostro Past Due Reconciliation and to make a significant impact on our operations

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet established Quality Quantity targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
  • Complete all servicing transactions within the SLA on the same day.
  • Promptly follow up with upstream downstream partners for any missing notifications.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of all documents.
  • Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Willingness to work night shifts (North America Shift)
  • Bachelors degree in Fice or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the Ficial Services industry with a proven track record of delivery.
  • Understanding of business ficial statements and Real Estate loan operations.
  • Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.
  • Ability to manage clients effectively, build partnerships, and lead while engaging with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills (Both written verbal) with the ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
