Job Description

A Business Loan Sales Executive

sources leads (SMEs, professionals) via calls/field visits, assesses needs, explains loan products (working capital, term loans), guides clients through documentation (KYC, financials), coordinates with internal teams for processing, and meets sales targets, focusing on building client relationships for repeat business while ensuring compliance and portfolio health

  • Sales & Business Development:

    Generate leads, acquire new SME/startup clients, promote various loan types (unsecured, term, working capital), and achieve sales targets.

  • Client Engagement:

    Conduct field visits, cold calls, and networking; educate clients on loan features, eligibility, and repayment.

  • Application Management:

    Assist clients with paperwork (KYC, bank statements, IT returns), verify documents, and coordinate with credit/operations teams.

  • Relationship Building:

    Develop long-term trust with clients for referrals and cross-selling other products.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    Ensure adherence to lending policies and regulations, and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Graduate .

  • Experience:

    1-3+ years in financial/business loan sales.

  • Sales Skills:

    Strong negotiation, communication, and target-achieving abilities.

  • Product Knowledge:

    Understanding of business loan products, credit policies, and financial analysis.

  • Other:

    Ability to travel, data analysis (financial statements), and proactive approach.
