Loan Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented female sales executive to promote and sell short-term loan products to customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets in the NBFC/financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via calls, messages, and visits to explain short-term loan products.
• Generate leads through referrals, social media, and field networking.
• Coordinate with the operations and credit team for loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain good relationships with customers for renewals and repeat business.
• Meet monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
• Maintain proper records in the CRM/system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Adhere to all NBFC policies, ethical practices, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of loan products and finance sector.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident personality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).
• Experience: 0.6–2 years in loan sales / telecalling / NBFC / banking sector.
• Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
• Gender: Female candidates only.
