Key Responsibilities

• Review and process mortgage loan files from submission to funding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with

  brokers, loan officers, underwriters, and lenders

  to obtain required documents and updates.
• Verify borrower information including

  income, assets, liabilities, and credit reports

  to determine loan eligibility.
• Manage loan conditions, follow up on outstanding requirements, and prepare complete files for

  underwriting and closing

  .
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation within the

  Loan Origination System (LOS)

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  FHA, VA, Conventional

  , and lender-specific regulations.
• Coordinate with

  title, escrow, appraisal, and insurance

  partners to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Monitor pipeline progress and maintain

  turnaround time

  and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders throughout the loan process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  3 years of U.S. mortgage loan processing experience

  with brokers or lenders.
• Strong working knowledge of

  FHA, VA, and Conventional

  loan programs.
• Hands-on experience with

  LOS platforms

  (e.g., Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx Point, etc.).
• Excellent

  communication skills

  (written and verbal) with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of

  compliance and investor guidelines

  .

• Bachelor’s degree

  preferred or equivalent experience in mortgage/lending.
