Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Work extensively with Market/Underwriters, Client Service groups, and Bankers to process new loans and related transactions.
• Ensure all SLAs for quantity and quality are consistently met, escalating exceptions promptly.
• Process transactions with high accuracy to prevent ficial losses or risk events.
• Adhere to all controls and JPMorgan requirements, escalating risk items immediately.
• Comply with internal and external audit and compliance regulations.
• Maintain strong engagement with Lenders, Credit Executives, Client Service Executives, and Bankers.
• Escalate issues to Senior Management in a timely manner, as appropriate.
• Maintain 100% client satisfaction as measured by iSurvey scores.
• Follow up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze process flows and suggest improvements through value stream mapping.
• Share knowledge and support new joiners through the Buddy program.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Hold a Bachelor s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking, Mortgage, Ficial Analysis, or Loan Operations.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Manage complex requests independently with minimal supervision.
• Display flexibility and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Show attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Utilize MS Office skills to support daily operations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrate knowledge of Ficial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreements, and loan documents.
• Apply experience with ACBS, VLS, or LIQ servicing systems.
• Exhibit a strong risk and control mindset.
• Participate in driving small projects and process enhancements.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements.
• Develop domain expertise across multiple lines of business.
