About the Role-

Gold Loan from Home (GLFH)

Key Responsibilities-

1. Customer Service & Loan Processing

Visit customer’s home as per appointments booked via app or self-generated leads.
Safely transport and handle gold during visits.
Conduct
gold appraisal and valuation
on-site.
Complete the loan process in line with company policies and compliance guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Deposit collected gold at the branch after visits.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

Conduct
BTL marketing
activities (flyers, local events, community outreach).
Call inactive and prospective customers to generate leads.
Convert leads into active customers.
Source business from the
open market
and target companies.

Key Performance Indicators (KRA)

Timely completion of appointments.
Zero policy/process violations.
Service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
Number of leads generated and conversion percentage.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Gold Loan operations with hands-on
gold appraisal
experience.
Education:
Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
Vehicle:
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Work Mode:
80% field work, must be comfortable with frequent customer visits.
