As a Telesales Executive specializing in loan products, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present our loan offerings and convert leads into sales. Your primary goal will be to achieve revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact potential customers via telephone to promote and sell various loan products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products that best meet their financial requirements. Explain product features, benefits, and terms to potential customers. Handle customer objections effectively and address any concerns to secure the sale. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company's CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve overall sales efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven with a strong determination to succeed. High level of integrity and professionalism. Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
