Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Consultant located in Mumbai. The Loan Consultant will be responsible for assessing client needs, reviewing financial documents, recommending loan products, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, following up with clients, and working closely with the sales and finance team to ensure smooth loan processing and successful client outcomes.

• Experience in Loans and Financial Services
• Strong Finance knowledge and skills
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus
