Drive sales for Loan Against Property (LAP) through DSA / Channel partners.
Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets.
Build & maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and customers.
Ensure end-to-end process management from sourcing to disbursement.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Graduation must (MBA preferred).
25 years of experience in LAP sales.
Good market knowledge & strong DSA / channel network.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
