Role brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Debt Consolidation Sales Representative to join our team. You shall work on MAARG to refinance and consolidate expensive consumer loans. You shall play a critical role in prospecting borrowers who are stressed about their loans and are seeking solutions to relieve their financial situation. You shall be supporting a highly tenured team of credit officers and be a part of 100+ game changers in the debt relief industry.

Role description:

• Actively seeking out new leads through diverse channels and referrals.
• Thoroughly assessing, ensuring & understanding each client's financial situation to tailor our services effectively.
• Educating clients on the advantages of debt consolidation and how our services can benefit them.
• Creating personalized debt consolidation plans aligned with each client's unique needs and financial objectives.
• Ensuring clear and comprehensive communication of terms and conditions to finalize agreements with clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and timely delivery of services.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and fintech advancements to remain competitive.
• Meeting or surpassing sales targets and performance metrics is our consistent aim.
• Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software is essential.
• While experience in unsecured loans is advantageous, we value dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence above all.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in any domain.
• Min 1 years of sales experience, especially in selling unsecured loan products, is a big plus.
• Good grasp of financial products and services & familiarity with fintech products and platforms is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Adept at building rapport with clients, making them feel valued and understood.
