Job Description

Position:

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate all loading and unloading activities at the site/warehouse, ensuring timely movement of materials, adherence to safety standards, and smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Supervision

Oversee daily loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and vehicles.
Ensure correct material handling as per client requirements and company SOPs.
Plan manpower allocation to meet workload demands.
Monitor the movement of inbound and outbound materials.

Lead and supervise loading/unloading staff, helpers, and material handlers.

Resolve worker-related issues and maintain discipline at the worksite.
Train staff on proper handling techniques and efficiency improvement.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, loading methods, and material handling equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools).

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 10th / 12th / Diploma (Preferred).
2-3 years of experience in loading/unloading supervision, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Physical involvement in supervising ground activities.
