Job Description

Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise Load Balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler, A10, or equivalent).
Perform L2-level troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for load balancing issues.
Configure virtual servers, SSL offloading, traffic redirection, persistence, and health monitoring.
Monitor load balancer performance, traffic distribution, and implement optimizations.
Work on failover, redundancy, and disaster recovery strategies for load balancing solutions.
Apply security policies including SSL/TLS certificate management and DDoS mitigation.
Collaborate with network, application, and security teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
Document configurations, procedures, and knowledge base for operational efficiency.
Provide on-call support for critical production issues.
