Work with staff and management to find solutions on escalated loans. 9. May be requested to make recommendations for improving Internal Audits policies and practices. 10. Manage loans by using all functions of Encompass. 11. Effectively communicate underwriting decisions with processors and advisors 12. Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with other departments. 13. Other duties as assigned.
